Returns Policy
If you would like to be given a refund at any time before your item has shipped, simply send me an email or message on my social media to request a refund and it will be processed as soon as possible. I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, just let me know your order number and once I have confirmed we can arrange an exchange. To start a return, you can contact me through the contact form here on my website. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right! Please do not be afraid to contact me with any issues regarding your order because I am happy to fix any issues.  
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or personalized items. I can not accept returns on any Seasonal items or Limited Edition items that have since Sold Out.  
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approve. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Currency of Transactions
All orders will be charged in £GBP. If the currency converter has been selected to display in a currency other than £GBP then be aware that the price shown might not be the same price charged to your credit card or Paypal account. Therefore due to exchange rate fluctuations and any fees and charges determined by your credit card company, Paypal or the payment provider you choose, the final amount charged to your card can not be predetermined if your card is not £GBP denominated.
Customs Duty & Tax & Delivery Charges
You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed for customs or importing goods into your country. You are also responsible for any additional delivery charges caused by any changes of delivery address requested by you after a package has been dispatched by me. If in doubt, check with your local post office, Fedex or government customs office.
