If you would like to be given a refund at any time before your item has shipped, simply send me an email or message on my social media to request a refund and it will be processed as soon as possible.
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, just let me know your order number and once I have confirmed we can arrange an exchange.
To start a return, you can contact me through the contact form here on my website. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right! Please do not be afraid to contact me with any issues regarding your order because I am happy to fix any issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or personalized items. I can not accept returns on any Seasonal items or Limited Edition items that have since Sold Out.
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approve. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
